Effective attract visitors to your trade show booth.

Many exhibitors are left sitting at an empty booth wondering why no one is stopping by. With some strategic planning around your business and a coordinated game plan you can attract more visitors to you trade show booth.

  1. Invite customers to the trade show. Have a full appointment book of meetings with potential buyers and current clients before you attend the trade show.
  2. Don’t wait until the day of the show to start your marketing. Send e-mail and postcards to reach people you don’t already have a connection with and follow up with phone call.
  3. A black curtain backdrop with an exhibitor sign is not a booth. Design an attractive and inviting display that is memorable and stands out from competing businesses. And always use lights.
  4. No generic messages. Position yourself with a message that answers the needs of your target audience at that specific trade show.
  5. Sitting around looking bored will attract the same response. Give off a friendly and inviting energy. Let people know you believe in the products and services you’re offering.
